As part of Work Package 7 (WP7) of the HEVEN project, a research paper developed from the project’s work has been accepted for presentation at the EAPRIL 2026 Conference, to be held in Cork, Ireland, from 24–26 November 2026.

The paper, titled “The Craft of Teaching the Teachers: A Qualitative Inquiry into Pedagogical Meaning-Making Among TVET Educators in Nepal,” reflects the HEVEN project’s focus on strengthening the pedagogical capacity and professional development of TVET educators in Nepal.

The paper will be jointly presented at the conference by Dr. Indra Raj Upadhyaya, Project Manager from Tribhuvan University (TU), and Dr. Jeevan Khanal, Coordinator from Nepal Open University (NOU). Their participation will provide an opportunity to share insights from the HEVEN project with an international academic and professional community and to engage with researchers and practitioners working in teacher education, vocational education, and professional learning.

The presentation also contributes to the dissemination and international visibility of the HEVEN project, while creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and further collaboration in the field of TVET teacher education.
