As part of Work Package 6 (WP6) of the HEVEN Project, quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation activities have been conducted to assess project progress, effectiveness, participation, and the quality of activities and deliverables. Regular surveys and feedback mechanisms gather input from project partners and participants, helping identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. The findings support continuous improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and effective project management while ensuring that project activities remain aligned with agreed objectives, expected outcomes, and quality standards throughout the project period.
