Under WP3 of the HEVEN Project, a five-day workshop series was conducted from Shrawan 12 to 16 (August 28–31) to initiate the development of the Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Education (PGCVE) curriculum. The workshops brought together curriculum developers, subject experts, TVET practitioners, and representatives from participating institutions to collaboratively review and establish the curriculum framework and develop key components, including programme structure, competencies, learning outcomes, course content, practical components, credit distribution, teaching-learning approaches, and assessment strategies. The workshop marked an important milestone in developing a relevant, competency-oriented, and practice-focused PGCVE programme for Nepal’s TVET sector, with further review, refinement, and validation to be carried out in consultation with HEVEN partners and relevant stakeholders.
